Mr. Dion brings with him vast experience in bringing businesses from concept to thriving enterprises! Mr. Dion’s prior experience included over 10 years as an Investment Banker and has personally raised over $40 Million for small cap companies. Presently, Mr. Dion is a founder and CEO of 2 internet startup companies.

Prior to the launch of Curing Capital, Mr. Dion was in charge of Business Development for Moody Capital. Having joined Moody at a time when they had just one active client, Mr. Dion helped grow this division to 32 clients before leaving and launching Curing Capital.

Mr. Dion was the Founder and CEO of Rcontest.com, a holding Company for various dot com projects. In late 1999, the company went public by completing an organic filing and a funding of $800,000. During that time the company purchased Naples Realty in Naples, Florida. At the time of the acquisition, Naples Realty was doing $80 Million in property sales and 3 years later, after sales blossomed to $320+ Million, sold it to management.

Mr. Dion also launched Stockcontest.com which generated at its peak over 1 Million hits a day, Uniquegifts.com and Executive-Mansions.com From 1987 to approximately 1998 Mr. Dion was a licensed stock broker holding the following licenses: Series 6, 63, 7, 4 and 24. Mr. Dion also held Life Insurance License and Real Estate License.

Mr. Lipman has served as President / CEO and /or Director of over 10 companies in his 32 years of business experience where he has Managed, Marketed and Funded a variety of companies. Mr. Lipman has also raised in excess of $100 million dollars in financing and has taken 3 companies public as well as served as President and/or CEO of all 3 of those companies.  Mr. Lipman developed significant news releases relating to acquisitions, major orders and television appearances (Home Shopping Network, QVC, and Shop NBC, Money Channel, CBS News, ABC News and NBC News along with other numerous news channels throughout the US. ).   Last but certainly not least, Mr. Lipman brings with him extensive experience which has led him to be the featured spokesperson at many conventions all while appearing in over 300 newspapers and magazines nationwide.

Recently, Mr. Lipman was CEO of a Social Online Game company that developed games to be played on Facebook. He introduced and /or signed several licensing agreements with today’s biggest Superstars. Personalities such as Carl Edwards, along with 5 of the top NASCAR drivers for Roush Fenway Racing, Jennifer Lopez, The Kardashian’s, Justin Bieber, Rob Zombie, and Magic Johnson. He also brought the gaming company their latest round of funding of $3 million.

A 25+ year veteran of wall street- broker/dealer management experience.  Presently, Mr. Gremmo is Chairman and President of YAR Management Inc, a full service business resource firm since 1984. YAR Management has secured many businesses with various forms of financings.  Services offered include structured corporate financing, business brokerage, product rep & sales distribution, import & export, and investment product marketing.

Mr. Gremmo has guided and funded some very prominent well known companies, among those is HandTrade.com, a company that acquired one of history’s most important intellectual properties and structured historic deals with companies like Cisco.  HandTrade raised millions of dollars in the capital markets with Mr. Gremmo at the helm. In addition,  Mr. Gremmo served as an executive of  Electroship International where he developed technologies and brought in funding.   Later on, with Mr. Gremmo guidance, the Company was sold in a stock swap to a public company.  Mr. Gremmo has structured and restructured dozens of companies as well as developed business plans, implemented financing and brought companies public.  Mr. Gremmo has served on both for-profit and non- profit boards of directors. His experience includes developing and managing electronic trading financial services businesses.

Today he continues to evaluate, structure, and bring creative financing and business systems to small to medium size businesses.  Mr. Gremmo studied for his Masters of Business Degree at Hofstra University and specialized in International Business and Finance.  Mr. Gremmo also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York.  While at the University’s, Mr. Gremmo was the recipient of many awards including First Place in the Phillip Morris International Collegiate Marketing Competition two years in a row.

Mr. Chodack is an experienced writer/editor and journalist with 30 years experience. He specializes in Business and real estate.  Mr. Chodack  has published many books and numerous articles.  Two of his ghostwritten books have been published by Simon and Schuster.  Mr. Chodack presently serves as a Managing Director of Words with a Purpose, A professional Writing and Editing Service.

Dave Chodack helps Curing Capital clients with putting together teasers on their companies, a 1-3 page summary that describes your Company without mentioning Company name, product name or any officer’s or director’s name on it.  Mr. Chodack has managed several hundred projects and has worked on countless business plans in all stages of development, excelling at each position.

Mr. Chodack has also written advertisements for print, radio and TV, infomercial  and commercial scripts, documentaries and corporate training videos for the Internet, as well as brochures, flyers, sales letters, newsletters, seminar scripts and training manuals.

Bill Treadwell specializes in introducing companies to a network of funding sources particularly in the technology and medical device sectors. He has  over 35 years of global business management experience, including 24 years as a vice-president with industry leaders such as Sun Microsystems, Storage Technology Corporation, and Zenith Data Systems. His background includes sales, sales operations and marketing management with direct supervision and profit & loss accountability for globally dispersed organizations.   He has developed extensive integrated selling systems including sales management processes, strategic account planning, pipeline/opportunity management, sales automation and forecasting standards. For many years he managed International Operations in Asia, Latin America and Europe. Bill holds a degree in Business Administration, with a major in accounting from the University Of Washington

Chuck Kabis has 35 years experience in Project Funding, Real Estate Lending, Consulting, Sales and Marketing. Chuck specializes in analyzing a clients goals and recommending the best possible financing options to meet individual/Project cash investment and Funding structure needs.  He is dependable, resourceful and most always finds a way to get the job done!  Clients, Builders, Realtors, Bankers and others continually recommend Chuck as the best source for professional Real Estate lending, Project Funding and Consulting..with over 300 letters of testimonial in file dating back to 1967, and more recently an “Exceptional Citizens Proclamation Award”  issued by the Collier County Board of Commissioners.

Mr. Kabis is direct with several P.E. Groups and other funding sources, and is charged with sourcing and providing Project funding request analysis and Risk/Loss mitigation analysis. Mr. Kabis is one of the few highly qualified lenders and large Project Consultants that have earned the coveted CERTIFIED MORTGAGE CONSULTANT designation, the highest designation offered in the Mortgage Lending Industry.

Mr. Plotnikov has diverse background in accounting, finance and marketing.  Sergey is responsible for indentifying and evaluating  early-stage and mid-market companies looking for capital. Typical sectors include: technology and software, medical devices and biotech, clean tech and bio fuels, oil and gas.

Prior to joining Curing Capital Inc. Mr. Plotnikov held a position in the finance department at FIRST, a technology non-profit organization founded by Dean Kamen, the founder/inventor of Segway.

Sergey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Mathematics from New England College.
